Draft for review · October 27, 2026
This draft explains how Quacko handles information when you create an account, connect services, search for creators, and manage outreach. It describes the product as currently implemented and should be reviewed against actual operations before publication.
1. Scope and definitions
Quacko is a workspace for creator discovery and outreach. In this policy, “you” means a person using the workspace, and “connected service” means a third-party account you choose to link, such as a store or email account. This policy covers information handled through the Quacko application, including its account, search, creator management, list, and messaging features.
2. Information you provide
When you register, you provide an email address and password. You may also provide a name, business details, newsletter preference, search criteria, saved filters, creator lists, tags, message drafts, and other information you enter into the workspace. A verification code is used to confirm your email address. We use this information to set up your account and deliver the features you request.
3. Connected accounts and platform data
If you authorize a TikTok Shop, Google, or another supported connection, Quacko may receive the account identifiers, profile information, store information, product and creator information, and messages or other data available under the permissions granted. The exact data depends on the connection and permissions you approve. You can choose not to connect an optional service, though features that depend on it may be unavailable.
4. Creator and outreach information
Quacko may display creator profiles, public content, performance metrics, product associations, and outreach history obtained from authorized integrations or other available sources. You may add creators to lists, assign tags, block creators, and compose or send outreach. Information about creators should be used only for legitimate business outreach and in accordance with the source platform's rules.
5. How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, maintain a workspace, run searches and filters, organize creators, show connected-store information, prepare outreach, and support features you enable. We may also use operational information to diagnose errors, protect accounts, and improve the service. Newsletter messages should be sent only if you have opted in.
6. AI-assisted features
Some Quacko features may process search prompts, creator attributes, or message drafts to generate results or suggested text. AI output can be inaccurate. Review suggested content before using it or sending it to another person. The final policy must identify the AI providers, what data they receive, and whether that data is used to train models once those arrangements are confirmed.
7. Cookies and technical information
The application uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Servers and service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error logs when you use the service. The final policy should list any analytics or advertising technologies actually enabled and explain how to control them.
8. When information is shared
Information may be processed by providers needed to run Quacko, including authentication, hosting, storage, email delivery, and connected-platform services. If you choose to send a message, the recipient and the delivery platform receive the information in that message. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address security and misuse. This draft does not claim that Quacko sells or does not sell data; that statement requires confirmation of actual business practices.
9. Connected-service permissions
Granting access to a connected service allows Quacko to use the permissions you approve for enabled features. You can revoke access through the connected service or Quacko where a disconnect control is available. Revoking a connection may stop future access, but previously stored information may remain until it is deleted under the applicable retention process. The final policy should state the specific permissions and deletion timing for each integration.
10. Storage, security, and location
Account and workspace information is stored through Quacko's application infrastructure and service providers. Access is controlled through account authentication and application permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The final policy should identify relevant hosting locations, cross-border transfers, and verified security controls rather than making unsupported guarantees.
11. Retention and deletion
Information is kept for as long as needed to operate the account and enabled features, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Disconnecting an integration and deleting a Quacko account are different actions. The final policy must specify how to request deletion, the actual deletion and backup schedules, and any records that must be retained.
12. Access, correction, and choices
You may update information available in your account and change optional connections or newsletter preferences where controls are provided. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information not available through the product, a verified contact and request process must be published before this draft is finalized. Requests may be subject to identity checks and applicable legal exceptions.
13. Children and third-party sites
Quacko is intended for business users and is not designed for children. Links to connected platforms or other websites are governed by those services' own policies. Their practices may differ from Quacko's, so review their notices before granting access.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product and its integrations change. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate way before they take effect. Before publication, Quacko must add the responsible legal entity, effective date, privacy contact, and a working process for questions and data requests. Those details are not yet confirmed in this draft.
